CIC Outstanding Frontline Supervisor Award

About the Award

The Outstanding Frontline Supervisor Award recognises frontline supervisors from contractors, specialist trade contractors and subcontractors in the construction industry for their extraordinary achievements in trade management, professional development, safety promulgation, and social contributions. The award aims to drive continuous professional advancement among frontline practitioners in the construction industry to sustain manpower with skills and expertise.

Objectives

·　Promote the craftsperson spirit, commend frontline supervisors for their contributions to the industry and society, and elevate their professional image

·　Recognise frontline supervisors’ pursuit of excellence, improvements in quality and productivity, commitment to the well-being of self and others, and promotion of high-quality work practices

·　Highlight the unity and caring spirit of the construction industry to the public through the acknowledgment of frontline personnel
